We survey each customer in house after the fact. Our lines are always open
to answer questions or concerns.
A customer who calls in with a concern or complaint, receives top priority
in our office and we do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. We also
participate in a national customer satisfaction audit yearly to get a report
